COMPLAINT POLICY

 

 

Dear Students:

 

This school has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC)

The TWC assigned school number for the Killeen Campus is S3129.

The school's programs are approved by TWC. We provide training under American Heart Association (AHA) National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMS). Our certification examinations are through American Medical Certification Association (AMCA).

Students must address their concerns about the school or any of of its educational offerings by following the grievance process outlined in MedLab Services & Training's catalog. MedLab Services & Training is responsible for ensuring and documenting that all students have received a copy of the grievance procedures and for describing these procedures in the catalog published by MedLab Services & Training. If, as a student, you were not provided with this information, please inform school management.

Students who are dissatisfied with MedLab Services & Training's response to their complaint or who are not able to file a complaint, can file a formal written complaint with TWC, as well with other relevant agencies or accreditors, if applicable.
